My digestion has been noticeably calmer since I started taking this—the mix of botanicals and enzymes seems to do more than just a basic probiotic. The capsules are easy to swallow and I've had zero bloating after meals, which is a first for me.

The mushroom and enzyme blend is what finally convinced me to try this, and three weeks in my digestion feels noticeably less sluggish after heavy meals. Even the mineral mix seems to help with that afternoon bloat I used to get.

My gut has felt more settled since starting ecoDigest, and I really appreciate that the blend includes mushrooms alongside the usual botanicals and enzymes. It’s a nice change from the plain probiotic I was taking before.
