The blend of six mushroom varieties is exactly what I was looking for, and the added botanical support makes it feel more complete than plain extracts. Three weeks in, I’ve noticed my energy stays steady through the workday and I haven’t had that usual autumn sniffle.

The capsules are easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed I’m not catching every cold that goes around the office this season. The fact that they’re grown on a botanical blend makes me feel like I’m getting more than just your average mushroom pill.

The blend of six mushrooms is the reason I picked this, and after a month of taking it daily, I’ve noticed I’m not getting those occasional sniffles that used to knock me out. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste, which is a big plus for me.
